I ordered all my door furniture through Ironmongery Direct and I am delighted with the quality of the products. I would use them again without hesitation.

Still waiting for order. Have phoned and email delivery company with no response since Friday - it’s now Tuesday

The hinges were as advertised, however, they were a bit inconsistent from hinge-to-hinge (from unit to unit). 4 stars for speedy deliver and quality, but took 1 star off for as mentioned, the hinges not being quite consistent unit-to-unit. (some wings on the hinges were slightly bent one direction or another.

I Ordered Goods and you took My money,Then about A day before I recieved my goods, You sent an E-mail saying this wouldn't Happen and that my money would be retuned. Why can't you Just place A notice on your home page Telling customers in Ireland that you couldn't do business with them. Saving you and Me all the hassle???????.

Shambles on delivery from start to finish

one item missed off delivery, every time I phoned up was getting fobbed off, ordered for next day delivery on a Monday, missing item finally arrived five days later, which held up production. Not the first time Ive had missing items either. Very disappointed with service at the moment.

Quick delivery happy with product and received a free packet of sweets with parcel ?

Price and item are great but despite repeated communications with supplier these products continue to be delivered in unsuitable packaging. Items are heavy, slippy and move about in transit bursting open the flimsy cardboard packaging. Its pot luck if all the items you order actually arrive. Real shame as it could be sorted so easily with an information note to the packing department.

There was a lack of communication between the courier and IronmongeryDirect. Despite confirmation of delivery day, my goods arrived early when I was not at home. One package was damaged and the goods visible. Luckily nothing was missing. Maybe you should consider a new courier?
